  • A 6-week program that blends functional strength training, classical pilates, and Yoga postures for a core that is both stable AND strong. Train the core from all sides, learning to manage pressure not only in the abdomen but also the low back, sides, pelvic floor and diaphragm. These muscles need progressive loading for adaptation to occur and because there are many layers of the core we need to work in all planes of motion and use varying resistances or loads to strength and stabilize. 

    This program will expose you to a wide variety of core exercises so you can improve your posture and your core strength through connection of the entire 360 degree torso.

    Includes: breathing drills, do’s and don’ts of bracing, modifications for neck or back discomfort, mat work, standing, full body drills with core emphasis, posture and alignment.

    Connect to your center! 

    • 4 workouts per week minimal equipment: a mat, some weights, bands and stability balls preferred!

    • Two 25 minute full body routines with emphasis on core stability and strength 

    • Two 10 minute mat work routines to do anywhere

    • Additional educational videos for continued learning

If you would like to complete the program on an app send me an email at lindsay@upliftmovementcoaching.com and I will set you up on the app where you can view the videos in one place, input your progress and check off each workout once you’ve completed it. I suggest using the app but the PDF you can keep forever.
