Customized training sessions for building strength, mobility, and agility with an emphasis on moving better. Gain confidence in the gym with hands on assistance and learn how to progress exercises to enhance quality of life.
Available in 30 or 60 minute private or small group sessions.

Combination of stretching and grounding work to increase flexibility and strength for yoga through awareness of body and knowledge of alignment. Dive into the roots of the practice beyond the physical.
Available for private or small group session for 60-90 minute sessions.

A technique of optimal muscle lengthening and fascial release that provides maximum benefit for recovery. Facilitated and effective hands on stretching using a massage table or a chair.
Available for 30-60 minute sessions of partial or full body stretching.

Occasionally I offer one-off yoga classes. Including but not limited to wellness events, farmers markets, retreats, or parties. Restorative, multilevel, or advanced available in 60-90 minute time blocks (minimum 8 person sign up).
Guided meditation also available.

I use an app that makes workouts easy to follow with videos, detailed instruction and the ability to submit feedback directly to me.
