12-Week Beginner Strength Program
The FOUNDATIONS Program
Designed for the beginner or anyone wanting to go back to the basics.
Become more confident performing the classic movement patterns- push, pull, squat, hinge, rotate- progressing them over time. You’ll also see mobility, balance, posture and core sprinkled in for a more well-rounded approach.
Learn to use different machines in the gym, or workout at home with minimal equipment. Build consistency and a stronger foundation of movement.
What’s Included:
12 weeks | 3 workouts per week

(3 Phases for Progression)
🔥 Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4):
Build foundational movements → Squat, Pull, Push, Hinge + Core & Balance
🔥 Phase 2 (Weeks 5–8):
Increase difficulty, add functional moves, and intensify core work
🔥 Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12):
Introduce new exercises + progress foundational lifts
Repeat & Progress!
After 12 weeks, start again with heavier weights → This is progressive overload, the safest and most effective way to build strength.

ELEVATE with Lindsay is a monthly community follow-along training program. It’s a thoughtful continuation of the 6-week ELEVATE Your Performance program where each month brings a fresh, new training block designed to build strength, mobility, balance, and athletic performance.
If you're tired of random workouts and want a structured program that supports long-term health, ELEVATE gives you a progressive plan to follow — and with Coach Lindsay doing the same workouts along with you!
Why ELEVATE?
Most fitness programs focus only on how you look. ELEVATE focuses on how your body functions. This program is built around the things that actually help your body perform and stay healthy long-term:

You do NOT need to be an advanced lifter.
The exercises are athletic, but everything is guided with videos, instructions, and coaching support. Gym access is recommended but home options are also available.

Customized training sessions for building strength, mobility, and agility with an emphasis on moving better. Gain confidence in the gym with hands on assistance and learn how to progress exercises to enhance quality of life.
Available in 30 or 60 minute private or small group sessions.

Combination of stretching and grounding work to increase flexibility and strength for yoga through awareness of body and knowledge of alignment. Dive into the roots of the practice beyond the physical.
Available for private or small group session for 60-90 minute sessions.

A technique of optimal muscle lengthening and fascial release that provides maximum benefit for recovery. Facilitated and effective hands on stretching using a massage table or a chair.
Available for 30-60 minute sessions of partial or full body stretching.

Occasionally I offer one-off yoga classes. Including but not limited to wellness events, farmers markets, retreats, or parties. Restorative, multilevel, or advanced available in 60-90 minute time blocks (minimum 8 person sign up).
Guided meditation also available.

I use an app that makes workouts easy to follow with videos, detailed instruction and the ability to submit feedback directly to me.
