  • 1:1 training sessions for building strength, mobility, and agility with an emphasis on moving better. Gain confidence in the gym with hands on assistance and learn how to progress exercises to enhance quality of life.

  • Combination of stretching and grounding work to increase flexibility and strength for yoga through awareness of body and knowledge of alignment. Dive into the roots of the practice beyond the physical.

    Available for 1x1 or small group session for 60-90 minute sessions.

  • A technique of optimal muscle lengthening and fascial release that provides maximum benefit for recovery. Facilitated and effective hands on stretching using a massage table or a chair.

    Available for 30-60 minute sessions of partial or full body stretching. Often done in conjunction with a massage gun tool and/or yoga stretches.

  • Occasionally I offer one-off yoga or stretching classes. Including but not limited to wellness events, farmers markets, retreats, or parties. Restorative, multilevel, or advanced available in 60-90 minute time blocks (minimum 8 person sign up).

  • I use an app that makes workouts easy to follow with videos, detailed instruction and the ability to submit feedback directly to me. There are two monthly subscriptions available.

    • Personalized Programming: custom workouts based on your goals which includes access to Coach Lindsay, monthly virtual check-ins, video submissions for form checks, additional content and resources.

    • ELEVATE with Lindsay: my workouts written to follow along. Join me and many others for my advanced workouts.

Yoga in the park!

Yoga in the Park is a community event in New Haven, CT during the summer months. I offer free Yoga for those who want to take their practice outside and connect with nature, or those who are unable to afford studio or gym classes. I was taught by my teacher that Yoga really should be for everyone, so all are welcome :)

Weather dependent. Bring your own mat and water. Show up as you are. Bring friends, partners, kids, neighbors, and let’s move!

The Summer 2025 season has already started and will go from May-early October. No need to sign up, just show up! Updates are usually posted on Instagram Stories on the @lindsayhiebertt page.
