    I taught myself to handstand in college. I was obsessed with it. Being an ice hockey player most of my life the thrill of holding myself up, my legs just up in the air, I felt free! There are a few things I would have done differently so I made sure in this program that you won’t make the same mistakes I did. 

    I owe a lot of my corrective exercise interest and skills based exercise obsession (as opposed to aesthetics) to my handstand journey, which is why I have a silhouette of myself doing a handstand in my UPLIFT logo :)

    3x/week minimal equipment: a mat, weights, bands, stability balls, a wall, steps/stairs

    1 additional mobility day

    Additional videos on injury prevention, kicking up techniques, and core 101.
