  • A custom workout program offers numerous advantages over generic programming. If you are someone who…

    • has limitations: if you have chronic pain (ex. back pain, muscle imbalances, etc) or you are either very inflexible or hypermobile a random workout routine could lead to more pain. If you’re in pain and have seen a PT or other specialist for a diagnosis but now don’t know what to do on your own or how to progress your PT exercises, a personalized exercise program would be highly beneficial. A customized workout plan allows you to reduce risk of injury by following a structured program with your body’s needs in mind. We work around the problem areas but also include corrective exercise through making adjustments and workouts can be modified along the way so you can feel and move better. 

    • has specific goals: custom programs allow you to work on specific movements (ex. hip mobility or working up to pull-up, etc) with the ability to check in with the coach. The program is adapted each month to help you prevent boredom and encourage improvement. Personal preferences has been shown to enhance motivation and adherence. It has to be enjoyable for you do to it!

    • needs consistency: if you travel for work or just have a busy schedule and you tend to take long stretches away from the gym leading you to start over again and again. Personalized programming ensures support and accountability through direct messaging, and email reminders. You can change to a travel friendly workout when you’re on vacation or ask for shortened workouts while your schedule is packed. Make the goals achievable to stay consistent.

    • wants more access: maybe you want the benefit of meeting with a trainer multiple times a week without having to spend the hundreds of dollars per week to do so. By working with a coach online you can add multiple workouts per week to do on your own time.

  • I have been a trainer since 2018 working with the general population (so all ages and abilities) and I have learned so much from each and every person I have worked with over the years. Currently my client’s ages range from 11 to 89 and I absolutely love it. My style of training is what I like to call Intuitive Training where you show up as you are and that’s how we train. Knowing your 100% looks different day to day. I take online training very seriously for that reason. There should be a plan that progresses and fits your needs, but also allows for flexibility. For example, the equipment you normally use could be occupied so what do you do then? Or you have limited time at the gym, how do you make your workout efficient? Or maybe you’re traveling and need bodyweight exercises. The personalizations are endless for programming. I sit down and write each and every workout to fit your needs and because I update monthly we can have a chance to reassess goals, make changes, and not get bored!

  • Once you purchase the first package you will receive a welcome email with a link to schedule an onboarding call. This is the best way for me to gather a sense of what you want to get out of working with me. If there is not a time that works for you, email me at lindsay@upliftmovementcoaching.com

    Together we will discuss goals, limitations, and scheduling. Then I will write your program for the next three months. You will get an invitation to join the TrueCoach app and when your program is ready you’ll be able to see all the workouts. In that time, you will have access to Coach Lindsay through direct messages in the app or through email. You may also schedule a monthly virtual “tune-up” to keep me updated on your progress and any changes that need to be made. 

    After the three months you have the option of continuing with that same program volume for $229.99/month or switching to the LITE version which includes less for $159.99/month.

    You will receive a welcome email and a link to schedule an onboarding call. This is essential for gathering information to make this program as personalized as possible. 

    From there you will receive your workouts, within 7-10 days (I have to write them!) and then you are good to go! Any question, comments, concerns you have you can email or direct message on the app.

  • If you have purchased the three months and need to take a break that’s okay. Life happens. Email me at lindsay@upliftmovementcoaching.com for cancellation. Your workouts will still be available for 30 days in which you can pick up again when you’re ready. If you decide to no longer work with me the workouts will be deleted after 30 days unless you decide to try another one of my programs. 

    Refunds are subject to review and absolutely no refunds after the first 30 days.
